Monthly rates include listed communications services, cable or satellite TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Some monthly rates do not include gas and electricity - please inquire. Please be aware that our rentals are NON-SMOKING and most rentals DO NOT ALLOW PETS (see our Dog Friendly homes). Although some homes may be rented weekly, some City ordinances prohibit others from being rented for less than one month.
